Can you help me too plz sir? My pc hardware is nvidea msi gtx1060, 8gb ram, amd fx 8370, corsair v650 psu but i am getting loots of freezing issues while playing games and also while browsing....and this issue nvr existed when i had win 10 version 1903.. currently i have win 10 pro version 2004..latest updated today itself...before this i.e after clean installation/ resetting pc.. i had used cloud download to automatically download win version and re installed the Os... can you please help me? Pleaseeee

If you have either Malwarebytes or Avast security software, try closing it (and stopping automatic startup). Restart and see whether the problem still exists.

If it's Malwarebytes, you may find that you can switch it back on BUT disable the Ransomware element. MWB are urgently working on resolving the problem.

    Hello,

I confirm the Randomly freezes since version 2004 (official version and not insider version).

Since the last build 2004 update (June 10, 2020), my computer has become an unbearable freeze and slow disaster.

I tried to uninstall the last unstable patch with

wusa / uninstall / kb: 4557957 but unfortunately there was a purge.

In addition, I found that Windows becomes more and more very anxious and very penalizing when we work, it is unthinkable and I am ready to leave Windows if I would not have the fixes this week Tuesday evening at the latest. Because I am now very late and I have lost 3 weeks of this greedy bug bugs!

    From France

    Nicolas

    Hi!

I work another computer under Linux (very fine) but Office and ...

So, I know since 2004 build version (verycrapy, I'm sorry but it's true) that it are not :

    • Avast (antivirus),
    • or several tiers applications because I've remove all
    • no drivers of Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti  (three screens DELL U2414H )
    • some removed software (for job)

I've made a several hardware diagnotics, all are ok and work fine !

I boot under Linux oooaooh very fast !

I'm very disappointed and very angry with Microsoft. I found it very degraded since Bill Gate left. I hate Windows.

    sfc /scannow + dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth => ok

I've tried to rise and to update

    • 2 level Windows insider : nothing
    • little patches Windows : nothing
    • last 20 H : nothing

I've tried to install belarc, ccleaner and IObit (drivers, uninstaller, health care, etc.) to check and to optimize, all are ok and it's not resolved. I know I've not virus or spyware etc...

And I discover with perfmon.msc that just after reboot I must wait until around two hours (not 2 minutes !!!!!!) to decrease activities performance Windows but it's not enought. On startup system, I saw all process have at 18000 ms of disk (too big). It's very ****. It's not acceptable !

So, this morning, freezing yet with opened perfmon, I see nothing activity except system and Nvidia (two process working) 0% activity disk 0% CPU and less 8Kb of network, all freezed and must stop electrical directly !

Please see below the picture of performance disk :

I hope that all investigation will see by senor Windows

    Windows 10 Professional (x64) Version 2009 (build 19042.330)

    Dell Inc. XPS 8900

    3,40 gigahertz Intel Core i7-6700

    256 kilobyte primary memory cache

    1024 kilobyte secondary memory cache

    8192 kilobyte tertiary memory cache

    64-bit ready

    Multi-core (4 total)

    Hyper-threaded (8 total)

2983,09 Gigabytes Usable Hard Drive Capacity

1416,10 Gigabytes Hard Drive Free Space

    24476 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory

Thanks and have a nice week-end.

    See you

    Nicolas from France

I'd like to add more pictures after reset electrical (there are from yesterday and it's same today):

at 9:00 : degraded just after boot system

    at 9:30 : degraded

    at 11:00 : degraded yet

    at 16:30 : optimal

And just after reboot  (because all freezing) : see response time >> 12000 ms
