I love how this thread was created in April and months later, this issue hasn't been fixed yet.
I shouldn't be hiccupping, freezing or lagging on a 3900X.

Same problem here since the begining.
I've installed the 2004 version in july, and had random freezes after 1h or so.
I rolled back 3 times and now for the 4th time but still having random freezes !
My PC is fresh new from last february and custom build:
My Dell XPS 15 9560 is also on 2004 update but doesn't suffer from this issue.
For now, rolling back on my main PC again..

same here..
Since 2004 windows freezes randomly completly.
Also : the Issues with Explorer I noticed allready in former releases, but since 2004 it is sometime kind of horrible.
Microsoft should think about whether this new development / delivery strategy is really a good one - since that new strategy the Qualitiy of Windows is back to the Vista&Go ages.
I am having this problem also, before 2004 feature update PC was rock solid 24 hrs a day,now every 1 to 3 days at random pc freeze, locks up,but power still on,only cursor moves so have to restart.
This is on W10 pro i7 desktop, but with my few months old mid range gaming laptop,W10 home, same 2004 build no lockups at all so im not sure whats going on,hopefully MS working on it.
