How can I uninstall an update?

If you want to uninstall the KB4557957 patch, type update in Windows Search and click on the Check for updates from the results.

Next, click on View update history and then on Uninstall updates. Right-click on the KB patch from the list and select Uninstall.

I just told you facts, i test it on 2 intel pc(i7 6700k) and i7 10700k this are users, that i build  this pcs and fix them, i am electronist tehnician, with bad english, i didn't test all the specs up there, but all the people that i know, and friends, they don't got this issues on intel(doesn't mean you don't get this freezes, i just share you my tests knowledge), only Ryzen, 3600, 3700x etc I don't care for now, if the 1909 i can use it for at least 1 year is cool, still i want the new future that comes with 2004, but i have patients, not in a rush like everybody up there, i need the last hardware, last updates, don't change it if something works well, don't ask if you don't need help, simple as that, but thank you @michamma for your facts! Peace!

PS: yesterday i did install on a new spec, with Ryzen windows 10 last build, after 3 mins in desktop, i got this freezes so i ctr+alt+ del and open task manager or put pc to sleep and he works a bit batter, but  he will freeze again so i roll back to 1909 everything is smooth again!

• the usb setting can you find withing the energy saving area ( Extended )... you have to search for "selective usb energy saving" ( sorry, I have not an english windows ).
• the intel drivers can you deinstall with the normal windows behavoir ( I use the old style SystemControll-Center -> Programms )

 ( as say'd : I assume main trouble maker was these intel rapidstore sh*** . This you can 100% deinstall without any impact, I guess no one of normal endusers use a raid-system ;) .... for other intel drivers simple create a windows-restore point. But normaly Windows should have current drivers included , but you can also have a look at driver page for your mainboard )

• and file assocs is also simple windows setting:  Settings -> Apps & Features -> Default-Apps -> Reset

  ( note: possible you have to choose a correct viewer for eg. pdf files, mp4, and so on.. )

Nope... stay with facts ;) ... I have an intel..

I reduced the amount of windows crashes ( reboots ) with following actions:

• usb energy setting off
• reinstalled intel drivers , there was nothing newer, simple reinstalled
• deinstalled the intel rapidstore drivers ( not necessary, I have no raid ;) ) -> I would mean this had the highest impact

I reduced issues with explorer :

• issue "preview takes minutes" : I reset the default file assocs and set it new 

Reduces means not fixed... But completly crash is now rare case.   Windows-Explorer ( menue, task bar )  still sometimes hang, but can be restarted with Task-Manager.
