Auto muting of sound and microphone at random times when in Zoom

when in Zoom both the sound and my microphone randomly auto mute.   I can unmuted them using f5 and f8 buttons but it will later auto mute again.   There appears to be no pattern to the amount of time it stays on.  Sometime 1 minutes sometimes as many as 10.   I do not use any other meeting platforms so don't know if this is a Zoom problem or a microsoft problem.   I am using an HP probook computer that is less than 6 months old.  In Microsoft 10 software.

    update: Week of 5/18...  I've now been in a number of Zoom calls and the issue is gone.  I have stopped using work-arounds (like muting myself on the keyboard) and its been working perfectly.  There might have been a firmware update from HP just before.  I update regularly, so I don't usually think about it.

    I used Zoom this moring. may 28 and it is not fixed.

    Having this issue also with Zoom and Teams on a HP ProBook 450 G6. Anyone had any luck fixing this?

    I also have a HP Probook 450 G6. There is a update for audio drivers that can be found on the hp website that fixed the problem for me.
