Auto muting of sound and microphone at random times when in Zoom

when in Zoom both the sound and my microphone randomly auto mute.   I can unmuted them using f5 and f8 buttons but it will later auto mute again.   There appears to be no pattern to the amount of time it stays on.  Sometime 1 minutes sometimes as many as 10.   I do not use any other meeting platforms so don't know if this is a Zoom problem or a microsoft problem.   I am using an HP probook computer that is less than 6 months old.  In Microsoft 10 software.

    Hi All, I was having the same issue across zoom and google meet. 

    So far this seems to have fixed the issue:

    Thank you so much. I am having the same issue, i have followed this advice however Zoom isnt featured under the apps to give permission to and so i cant press the toggle, help please?
