I had the same issue and it is solved after i disconnected my Bluetooth Speaker from Denon.
Audio and video pauses automatically
Audio and video pause automatically (and sometimes pause and play) only when I use an internal (Youtube, google) or 3rd party software (windows media player, VLC, films &TVs ).
- It happens only when I am playing a video or audio.
- No virus (after scan)
- Since the spacebar key is usually associated with play & pause, I tried typing something in MS word. I did not see any auto space being generated between 2 letters. (tested for 5 mins)
- Autoplay and pause (sometimes just pause) occur maybe after 20 seconds. (it is random)
- I can actually see the virtual pause and play button is toggled. (no other error message is shown, it happens as if I am physically pressing the spacebar key.
- issues in Windows 10
7. the window also very lag when it happening
- Driver issues? Which driver is it? Any suggestions or experiences? Please share your thoughts.

2021-08-30T06:11:50+00:00 I had the same problem recently. Now i solved the problem. First I tried to solve by reinstall the windows 10.but not solved, then i realised this problem is causing by bluetooth headphone. I used same bluetooth headphone for my mobile and laptop. So i connect my headphone to mobile by bluetooth, and disconnect and unpair. then also disconnect and unpair headphone from laptop. and unpair all the headphones and speakers paired with laptop.then freshly paired and connect my bluetooth headphone, and the problem solved. I also realised that if you keep your laptop on your bed,the ventilating of warm air closed and loptop heats, this also may be the additional reason of this problem. So keep laptop on desk. Previously i had the problem of curser not working, now that problem also been solved.after solving the problem i watched 3 movies uninterruptedly.if not solved after that restart laptop. then try again
everytime when you seat to watch movies do these steps

2021-09-03T19:53:04+00:00 I've been facing the same issue for the last 6 months I guess I've been updating since but it doesn't help so I just stopped using it for watching movies and stuff please help
- Doesn't matter I've used a couple of other softwares too for playing videos but it keeps happening.
- Doesn't happen when minimised. It keeps playing on the background without any issues
- Laptop. Windows 10
- I've used an external keyboard. I even unplugged the power supply of the internal keyboard manually to confirm it was not the keyboard issue.
- I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver but it automatically installs itself. I haven't tried uninstalling graphics card driver I'll do it now. Usually it shows every driver is up to date.
I'll list some other problems which happen. oh and It's not touch screen-
- Pause play every time I'm watching a video doesn't matter on which app it's running.
- Sometimes when I'm on chrome, surfing internet, it randomly plays music.
- When I'm on a folder that has jpeg files it opens on it's own on windows media player. And it doesn't stop, I have to search task manager and stop windows media player from there.
- Touchpad stops working. So I have to use a mouse instead.
