2020-04-23T20:54:39+00:00 Hi Greg,
I've just spent the best part of two days talking to a "Microsoft Windows Advisor" who talked me through downloading and installing 57 driver updates for my six month old HP PowerBook 470 G5 followed by a full repair using windows.iso (which I did) followed by a suggested full fresh installation of Windows 10 on my PC (which I declined). I'm a retired IT guy from Bill Gates generation. I can't see why it is possible to select "Import items/All items" and this works but selecting "Import items/Items since last import" results in the app crashing and exiting without an error message and this is all due to a problem with my hardware drivers. So I went back to trawling the internet for a solution and I found an app on the Microsoft Store called Photo & Video Import which performs exactly the same functions as Microsoft Photo App version 2020.19081.28230.0 ie it is possible to select "Import All" or "Import New" followed by the possibility to "Delete imported content from your device". I strongly recommend all subscribers to this thread to download Photo & Video Import from the Microsoft Store and report their findings as soon as possible. I strongly believe Microsoft Photo app version 2020.19111.24110.0 is defective but I no longer have Bill's telephone number and he appears to have changed his email address so I am relying on you Greg to escalate this with Microsoft.
Best Regards
Perry

2020-04-23T23:01:13+00:00 I am impressed with you response and/diligence. Definitely a Microsoft issue and I find it disappointing that they do not address it. I am not tech savy, I just know when something doesn't work. Messed with it for days, finally called in my guru, who tore it apart and put it back together with one closing comment - it's a Microsoft error. Thanks for your work in this matter.

2020-04-24T05:54:56+00:00 Can someone please confirm that the Photo & Video Import app works for them? It would be embarrassing if it only works for me!
