"items since last import"

I hope they  sort it soon, but am glad to have found this thread as at least it save constantly trying to fix something I though was an error at my end.

SAME problem, this has always worked in the past and now it's not working...this is NOT a USB or other issue, the APP is not working as expected.

I have the same issue; take photos for insurance field inspection on my Samsung S10. Windows previously allowed me to identify only new photos to be targeted for download onto my laptop. Now, "since the last download," appears that option and it fails every time. I can manually select photos and download them but it lags and sometimes freezes then crashes. This has to be an update issue; get it fixed Microsoft!

I have 3 pc, 2 laptop and a desktop. about a week ago all went well for the transfer from my Nikon dslr and a USB cable, but after an update for photo app on microsoft store it stop working well, the new photos are not automatically checked and as I choose from the new menu "new items since last import" the program freeze and shuts down. I wanted to check if it was caused by the update. I took out my old laptop that did not have the update installed, I tried my camera and it all went well, the new photos were checked and no menu to to choose from, just click next or continue not sure which one it said and bingo. then I went on microsoft store, downloaded the photo app update, and guess what, it not working same as my 2 others pc no photos checked,click for the menu "items since last import" bang freezes and shuts down. I went to see if I could uninstall the update, but couldn't find where or how.  I went to uninstall photo app but that choice is grayed out., tried reset and repair no change! this should help Microsoft find the problem, well I hope so.
