    I'm having the  same problem on importing photos since last import

    Microsoft App store does offer a free - Photo & Video Import - which works, uploads just the new ones, saves the previous ones.  Irritating on the part of microsoft, but at least there is another free app that works.  Good luck.

    I am getting so frustrated - I’m about ready to return my new HP all in one, and give up on Windows 10 and Microsoft.  

    who doesn’t want to store and have photos for editing or publishing or emailing on their windows system? 

    this is unacceptable .

    this issue does not exist on the Mac.
