"items since last import"

I just tried the Microsoft Photos app again and it's still working for me this morning. However, the "Import settings" function still does not include the possibility to delete all imported photographs on the iPhone so I will continue to use the Photo & Video Import app which does.

If not fixed for you, just download the Photo and Video Import from Microsoft store.

I have been using that one

Importing photos from phone in Windows 10 on laptop and usually no problem but now FROZEN on NONE and won’t highlight Items since last import. 

Help please.

Very interesting!  Thanks for letting me know.  I will try it again although now I have the import photo app that works fine

anyway.  I do not do the delete function as I keep some on the phone

I am one of the people who reported this problem via the Hub but without any feedback from Microsoft. I believe the Hub is similar to the Microsoft Community forum - we all talk to each other about Microsoft software that doesn't work properly while they ignore us and concentrate on making money.

However, this afternoon I noticed that the Microsoft Photos app "Import/From a USB device" function "Import items/Items since last import" suddenly works again. Unfortunately, the "Import settings" function still does not include the original possibility to delete all photographs on the iPhone. So I will continue to use the (non-Microsoft) Photo & Video Import app (published by Axel Rietschin) which works fine for me.
