Anyway to get directly to Microsoft for a repair???

I followed the advice and reported it to MS via their Feedback Hub app. I think the more people do this the better. I've not had any feedback from this yet but hoping it's making it's way to the right people for action.

I am having the same problem.

    IPhone 10xs

USB cable to Dell laptop with Windows 10

    Using Photos App

Click Import - Select from a USB device

    Select Apple iPhone

    2502 photos are discovered.

Select Box: NONE (default option) with 0 of 2502 items selected

Any attempt to change that selection to "Items since last import" crashes the app.

Interesting note, at the bottom of the Photos app is a blue box that says "Import 5 of 2502 items".  When I selected that last time, it did not import any.

Hoping this problem will be fixed.  I have always imported via USB with the Items since Last import as the default option.

I have the same problem which  has only arisen since the latest upgrade of the App a week or so ago. I connect via a USB cable to my Android phone and the only way to import now is to select individual photos, which also takes a very long time and the App still often crashes. This is EXTREMELY frustrating and I have tried all sorts, including a clean reinstall of the App. It must be a basic software issue since the last upgrade and needs a fix ASAP PLEASE. 🙏🙏
