After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND." <ol><br><li>Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4496404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10</a>.</li><li>Select <span>Check for Updates</span> and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027667" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Update Windows 10</a>.</li></ol><br><br>Note If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:<br><ol><br><li>Go to the <span>Settings </span>app > <span>Recovery</span>.</li><li>Select <span>Get Started</span> under the <span>Reset this PC</span> recovery option.</li><li>Select <span>Keep my Files</span>.</li></ol><br><br>Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

There are no known issues for KB4549951.

We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, a stop error with a blue screen, and other related issues. To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data, or customer feedback channels.     I have been in business for 30 years,   never had an issue with updating windows,   until today.   I have two laptops,   freezing completely,  sometimes i have to turn them off ,  otherwise i stay staring for 15 mins to a blank screen.   All this after i let windows upgrade by it self.  Now i am afraid the only laptop i have left will become a piece of brick like the rest.  Laptops are very unresponsive loading programs.  One of them is an X1-yoga ,  I7 16Gig ram,   and i am gettting numbers of 39% memory usage and 41% on the other one that is older.  I have a service BcatDVRUserService_d7aeb taking some GPU percentage,  i did not even know i had a GPU,  lol.   I had never expanded task manager to see all columns until now.

    Everything started when i was viewing some pictures i noticed it was taking a long time to load,  a long time.

    Is anyone saving issues with latest windows update that was applied like a week ago?

    Latest windows 10 update is a disaster !!!

    I have brand new notebook, Alienware. After initial setup, everything was fine. But after running windows updates, I am experiencing multiple network connection issues.

    Windows update is not working anymore (error encountered, we couldn't connect to the update service...)

    Can't sign in to OneDrive, Windows Defender Smart Screen can't connect to internet, Microsoft Store can't load the page. I am not able to connect to most websites.

    Simply I can't connect to any Microsoft Service or most websites.

    I've double checked, I have internet, and I am able to connect to SOME websites. I haven't install antivirus or any software, yet.

    Possible solutions I found on net:

    1. Windows troubleshooter couldn't identify a problem

    2.  Reset windows update settings (stopped services, deleted Windows SoftwareDistribution folder)-didn't help

    1. Changed WiFi adapter properties (unchecked Client for Microsoft Networks, changed Internet Protocol Version 4, DNS settings)-didn't help
    2. Reinstall all network adapter drivers in Device Manager-didn't help
    3. Run SFC and DISM commands-didn't find any problems
    4. Flushed DNS- didn't help

    The last option I've done was clean windows installation. After that, all seemed to be ok, internet connection was fine until I run windows update. After restarting PC, the same problem, again ! I can't even roll back or uninstall updates, there is no such option.

    Fortunately I have another, older Alienware notebook, I'm using now, with windows version 1903, which is running ok,  so I'm assuming this huge problem is windows 1909 update. Perhaps some incompatibility with network drivers.

    Don't know what to do, I just hope someone in Microsoft read this forum.

    Can you guys get your heads together ? All these updates to windows 10 since January has ruined my HP Pavilion gaming laptop. I spend more time waiting to get into windows from hello login screen ! Three times these updates have crashed my system to the point i have had to reset the machine using a flash drive. Only to recieve another update ! And my system failures start all over again. I have been a windows user since windows 95 platform i have to say windows 10 is THE WORST YOU MADE. I JUST WANT SIMPLICITY BACK!! I dont want all your updates yet i am forced to take them in windows 10. I read up to find ways to fix my laptop after every update and am horrified to see that microsoft claims to not know of the issues we are reporting. I mean seriously. Why do i have to sit in front of a laptop that forces updates and spending more time rectifying issues such as 100% Disk usage and or 100% memory usage. And having to do research online to fix the issue. I am afraid to shut down my system these days because another dreaded update. Once again  i have sat here for nearly two hours just trying to log in after my system forced an accumalative update!!!! And having to use a flash drive yet again for the fourth time to reset my windows OS. Losing yet again all my files. Why should we have to keep fighting to use our systems ? Only to have them ruined by another update. Spending more time in 2 months trying to get on my system fixing my system than i am able to enjoy using my system! Frustrated in Michigan. 

    I am use windows 10 pro when recently updates patches windows 10 pro i am freezing when i refresh 

    also memory usage huge but no any program opened.so kindly suggest on this case.
