After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND." <ol><br><li>Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4496404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10</a>.</li><li>Select <span>Check for Updates</span> and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027667" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Update Windows 10</a>.</li></ol><br><br>Note If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:<br><ol><br><li>Go to the <span>Settings </span>app > <span>Recovery</span>.</li><li>Select <span>Get Started</span> under the <span>Reset this PC</span> recovery option.</li><li>Select <span>Keep my Files</span>.</li></ol><br><br>Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

There are no known issues for KB4549951.

Symptom Workaround
We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, a stop error with a blue screen, and other related issues. To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data, or customer feedback channels.     This is what I got when I used it ...    now what?? I am just sent to a plethora of choices in an endless do-loop of suggestions.

    My Frankin Machine I built from old dead machines is not having any issues with any updates .  I don't know why, you would think if any PC  would be vulnerable it would be mine.

    i cant get this KB4549951 update to install at all.

    1. formatted a new HD and clean installed windows using the media creation tool 
    2. all other updates worked - this one fails with 0x80070020 repeatedly.

    ive tried running sfc, dism without any luck. 

    Ive tried using msconfig and doing a clean boot (and cleaning out the update cache too) without any luck (not that i have much installed as it was a fresh windows install!)

    i've tried using the window upgrade tool to do an in place upgrade. This fails with 0x800707E7  - 0x3000D failed in FIRST_BOOT phase with MIGRATE_DATA operation.

    I did use Windows Update Assistant.  I got this result:  Thank you for updating to the latest version of Window 10.  I got the message notification: Congratulations! You have latest Windows 10.

    What additional information do I need to give to you?

    My system gave just blank screens and I thought it was doing updates and let it sit and it rebooted but still nothing on the screen. I hard booted several times and finally got my screen back. I did not know what was going on until reading a news report about KB4549951 this morning and checked my updates finding it had 5 failed attempts. I went to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4549951/windows-10-update-kb4549951 and Microsoft still says "Microsoft is not currently aware of any issues with this update."; Which, is weird in that there's a news story about it. My thing is I do not want this to install and have set my deferred settings to the max for both Features and Security. So How can I mark KB4549951so that it never attempts to install?
