After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND." <ol><br><li>Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4496404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10</a>.</li><li>Select <span>Check for Updates</span> and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027667" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Update Windows 10</a>.</li></ol><br><br>Note If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:<br><ol><br><li>Go to the <span>Settings </span>app > <span>Recovery</span>.</li><li>Select <span>Get Started</span> under the <span>Reset this PC</span> recovery option.</li><li>Select <span>Keep my Files</span>.</li></ol><br><br>Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

There are no known issues for KB4549951.

Symptom Workaround
We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, a stop error with a blue screen, and other related issues. To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data, or customer feedback channels.     I am having this issue, but want to reinstall Win 10 keeping everything.

    Okay back on my system.. after 3hrs of BS.... Tried restoring using my flashdrive.. Fail.... Used repair tool to try to repair the current version of windows I had prior to the forced update.. another fail.. In the end I had to reinstall windows (for the fourth time now) and am chasing old files down in the old windows folder before they decide to delete them on me.. banging head on the desk here.. so all in all I started at 7:12am EST  just turning my laptop on from sleep mode.. And now it's 10:39 am and I can log into windows.. however.. now I have partition after partition on this terabyte hard drive.. and I am still seeing CPU usage @ 100percent, get that corrected, now the Memory reads 100 percent.. and then the DISK reads 100 percent.. Really?  I would not recommend windows 10 to any one EVER... I want Windows 7 pro back.. unfortunately my system was built in 2015.. upon looking into system info on this system.. apparently the build was windows 7 pro factory.. when they sent to Best Buy.. it was updated to windows 10 home.. So needless to say when I went to purchase this laptop and told the sales person what I wanted it for and what I use it for he recommends this POS … and I have had nothing but issues with it since owning it.. The latest rounds of Windows 10 updates started in January.. broken.... broken again... broken again.. and Microsoft you just keep pushing these updates at us, knowing they are failures.. Why do consumers have to fix your errors.. or struggle to use a system that YOU break??????     I can be away for 3 days come home and the laptop accepted updates on it's own even when I set it to let me chose.. if I pause an update or restart.. the system just locks up and goes black and restarts with the newest update.. and then I cannot use my laptop for nearly a day because I am forced to clean up or restore.. or whatever.. Honestly I have an 800.00 laptop that runs worst than my old HP with Windows 7 on it .. I know Microsoft no longer supports that OS nor are there any updates.. funny why does that laptop work far better than this POS ????  no windows updates.. a good antivirus software and it runs like a charm.. really scratching my head on this.. Rant over.. Get it together Microsoft.. Not everyone has funds to keep buying a new system every couple years because your updates destroy the one we have !

    I am just a little uncomfortable with this update.  After I restarted the computer, It presented a "microsoft" screen with my email address asking for my windows password (not regular logon screen).  I input my password and it was rejected as incorrect.  I entered it again, and it was again rejected as incorrect.  I closed the screen with the x in the corner.  The computer then presented me with my normal login screen, and accepted my pin for login.  It is very disconcerting when you get a screen from microsoft rejecting your microsoft password, which is clearly still valid.

    KB4549951 FAILED.

    Yip, same for me. Think they must've just changed the kb number. All the other updates successfully installed bar the Cumulative one.
