Symptom Workaround
After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND." <ol><br><li>Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4496404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10</a>.</li><li>Select <span>Check for Updates</span> and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027667" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Update Windows 10</a>.</li></ol><br><br>Note If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:<br><ol><br><li>Go to the <span>Settings </span>app > <span>Recovery</span>.</li><li>Select <span>Get Started</span> under the <span>Reset this PC</span> recovery option.</li><li>Select <span>Keep my Files</span>.</li></ol><br><br>Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

There are no known issues for KB4549951.

Symptom Workaround
We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, a stop error with a blue screen, and other related issues. To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data, or customer feedback channels. We continuously investigate all customer feedback and are closely monitoring this situation.<br><br><br>Note If you experience any issues, we'd like to know.     All I wanted was a stupid Product Key for months because we paid for the first one and it was no good a now all Iève requested was for you to Close all my Accounts since Facebook has disabled half of my Others oneès before our up and Coming Court dates Perhaps you could at least send to me all my Copies and a copy of all My wasted time on Opening half of these Useless accounts because Facebook still has 6 of my Accounts open and Frankly They can close them all as wellé

    As after their Ignorance towards my Profiles and My family back and choices of Spirituality or of the Fact that My Site had focused upon Patient Advocacy Work as they Implicated that I was a fraud, I feel that their Apology is long overdue as you all Act as though that none of this truly matters, then that Sadly than doing Advocacy Work Leads us all into going to Court.

    Since April’s patch Tuesday my computer just keep going around in circles trying to install an update. Normally it would install just by rebooting the computer, but I also tried doing this manually. Everytime when the computer starts up and tries to install it, I finally get a message to say it "We couldn't complete the updates - Undoing changes - Don't turn off your computer" I must have gone through this cycle a dozen times now. I’ve google searched but not really found an answer. Fortunately the computer then still works. I was also advised:

    C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Downloads

    Highlight everything in the list then hit Delete.

    The offending update will be gone and Windows will have to download fresh copies of any updates you are due.

    But again it failed to install.

    What can I do to get this to install or fix this?

    Until this is resolved I am loath to install the Feature Update to Windows 10 - Version 1909
