Servicing Stack Updates

It is recommended to install Servicing stack updates before installing the cumulative updates. This update makes quality improvements to the servicing stack, which is the component that installs Windows updates. Symptom Workaround
After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND." <ol><br><li>Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4496404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10</a>.</li><li>Select <span>Check for Updates</span> and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027667" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Update Windows 10</a>.</li></ol><br><br>Note If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:<br><ol><br><li>Go to the <span>Settings </span>app > <span>Recovery</span>.</li><li>Select <span>Get Started</span> under the <span>Reset this PC</span> recovery option.</li><li>Select <span>Keep my Files</span>.</li></ol><br><br>Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

There are no known issues for KB4549951.

Symptom Workaround
We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, a stop error with a blue screen, and other related issues. To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data, or customer feedback channels. We continuously investigate all customer feedback and are closely monitoring this situation.<br><br><br>Note If you experience any issues, we'd like to know.     KB4550945 installed successfully, but broke my multiple displays, second monitor is getting signal, but the screen turns black after 3 seconds.

    Any idea what the problem might be?

    I did use Windows Update Assistant.  I got this result:  Thank you for updating to the latest version of Window 10.  I got the message notification: Congratulations! You have latest Windows 10.

    What additional information do I need to give to you?

    If you are on version 1909, you would get the "thank you" message. Update assistant is only beneficial for updating to a newer release of Windows. Media Creation tool allows a reinstall of Windows keeping everything.

    Please download Media Creation Tool from the link below and select Upgrade this PC at the first screen.

    Just finishing my desktop, the latest to fail after release of April Cumulative update. Laptop seems to be behaving since reinstalling earlier in the month. Downloaded and installed a Cumulative update successfully last night.

    Mac.  As in Mac Apple computers?  The same computer system that Tim Cook just gave all the back doors and code keys to China after moving his operations over there?  Good grief, anymore, one has to figure out which end they want to get screwed from when it comes to a computer system.  Maybe at one time, I would have gone with a Mac, but not after Cook's decision to ship everything to a company that thinks even less of us than Microsoft.
