After installing KB4493509, devices with some Asian language packs installed may receive the error, "0x800f0982 - PSFX_E_MATCHING_COMPONENT_NOT_FOUND." <ol><br><li>Uninstall and reinstall any recently added language packs. For instructions, see <a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4496404" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Manage the input and display language settings in Windows 10</a>.</li><li>Select <span>Check for Updates</span> and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. There are no known issues for KB4549951.

Symptom Workaround
We have seen social media reports related to KB4549951 that mention Bluetooth, a stop error with a blue screen, and other related issues. To date, we have not seen these issues reflected in telemetry, support data, or customer feedback channels.     I note that you have no know issues for KB4549951 updated, I have one it wont install, I random computer freezes which i think may be related.

    I get the following error message. I have tried manually download and install, still fails.

    Tried to find the place to start a thread in Windows section... failed... very simple website Microsoft has here...

    Anyways, I've been thinking... Windows 3... it was such an improvement from DOS, I loved it. Then Windows 95 came around, full of bugs, crashed every 5 minutes, made me learn how to save my document every 10 seconds, but it was an improvement from windows 3. Then we had Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP... okay, windows Vista (a hiccup) and then Windows 7... all improvements. Then somebody was hit by a horse, you know, standing behind it, doing something to the horse they should not do, the horse kicks... and Voila... Windows 8 comes around, then Windows 10... While everything was an improvement, I don't think everything in Windows 10 can be called an improvement, especially where you think about going back about 40 years, right where Windows 3 was... but I could still switch between WINDOWS!!! Now I can't any more... Try opening Settings, a window, right? Okay, now I'll try to right click on the desktop and choose Personalize or display settings, change some stuff around and close out. Ooops, where is my Settings window that I opened previously?!?

    So everything Microsoft is working on nowadays is backwards. I think the future Windows 10 will look exactly like DOS, and you'll have to type 'nc' in the prompt to start something like Norton Commander to get around your computer, only this time it will require a ton more resources than back then.

    Oh, a Snipping tool is moving... Now I'll have to press several keys involving my big toe on the right foot to press one of them to take a screenshot... Really, Microsoft?!? I don't want to learn yet another tool, which most likely is going to be over-complicated and a step back anyway. Why not just improving something we already have?

    I'm done with my rant... Microsoft is improving nothing, just complicating everything.

    I noticed that after installing the KB4549951 update, I get BSODs with the error "KERNEL MODE HEAP CORRUPTION" whenever I try to do something seemingly CPU-heavy (watching livestreams/conferences, even trying to look at the Event Viewer). I did some experimenting and noticed that the update was seemingly the cause of the BSOD - everything else seems to be fine.
