Well, I've been back & did begin a lengthy write-up, but now I notice you did already expand the right partition...

The numbers didn't come out precise, but they didn't for me, either. Importantly, you've got a Recovery partition under 500 MB & with over 50 MB free. (Mine is over 500 MB & now has over 320 MB free space. But all was working well for me before. So -- I'm
doubtful now you actually will be cured of anything...
)
Anyway, here is how to get your GPT Attributes back in shape...
(1) Type CMD into Search, & click "Run as administrator".
(2) Enter the following commands...
DiskPart
Select Disk 0
Select Part 5
Detail Part
GPT ATTRIBUTES=0x8000000000000001
Detail Part
Exit
The 2nd Detail Part should show it right...
DISKPART> Detail Part

Also, it will look better in Disk Management, changing from...

...to...

Check whether you can make a Windows system image backup now. It would be nice, but the condition wasn't affecting me. So, I'm doubtful it cured anything.
