Excellent. Have tested and seems to work. I had unchecked this earlier, but was sure what I had done that worked. This may have cleared up the mystery. A full Zoom meeting will tell. Thanks! Cliff

I am trying to use zoom on my Windows 10 HP laptop, but the microphone and speaker drop off after just a short time. My speaker is a "Realtek". What settings should I be using? I have both the speaker and microphone set to work with the app.

2021-10-14T13:15:36+00:00 Found something that fixed it! Open Realtek Audio Console, go to Speakers and DISABLE (OFF) Sound Effects, Speakers Noise Cancellation (Voice Call).
Zoom audio is now working!
