I'm also having problems with Zoom audio working with headset but not working with speakers. My Windows 10 64 machine is using ASUS RealTek HD. Tried many things recommended at various sites but still no joy.

I am trying to use zoom on my Windows 10 HP laptop, but the microphone and speaker drop off after just a short time. My speaker is a "Realtek". What settings should I be using? I have both the speaker and microphone set to work with the app.

Have you gone Device Manager, Adapter type, click on the adapter, click on Power Management, and removed the check from "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"?

Hi, I had faced the same issue! Have you checked your Microphone settings? may I know which Microphone brand and model you are using? I couldn't get it resolved and finally ended up buying a new mic Audio-Technica AT2035 as suggested by this post.
thanks, I will try that
When I am on a Zoom call, my voice fades in and out on the callers end, not my end. Is there a setting on the computer that can fix this problem ?
