zoom and windows 10 - microphone and speaker drop off

I am trying to use zoom on my Windows 10 HP laptop, but the microphone and speaker drop off after just a short time.  My speaker is a "Realtek".  What settings should I be using?  I have both the speaker and microphone set to work with the app.

    Hello,

    This worked for me.

    1.  Your anti-virus software may have a camera or microphone monitoring feature - turn it off and reboot the computer.  Try Zoom

    2.  Goto 'Camera Privacy Settings" &' Microphone Privacy Settings" in WIN 10, turn off access for apps you don't need and reboot the computer. Try Zoom

    You have to disable bluetooth to use system audio

    Good luck.

    This also appears to have worked for me. I've opened a Zoom meeting and now at least my lips match what I am actually saying. Pity that Zoom still doesn't have this sorted. The real test will be some Zoom meetings scheduled tomorrow.
