JW library showing no download location available

this didin’t solve the issue but made me think of something else and that did solve it, here is what you can do if you are having this issue:

1. Windows Key + E
2. Go to the music folder 
3. Create a new folder, name it “JWLibrary” no spaces, you are creating the path for some reason the app did not create automatically.
4. Do this for your video folder as well.
5. If the app is open, close it and launch again.

go to settings on the app and where there is usually the folders where all the media is downladed says extacly the same thing. it does let me stream the file but not download, please help!

I followed those steps, nothing happened, restarted laptop, opened the app and hey presto everything downloaded beautifully.  Thank you so much, one step closer to hubby being able to take his share of load hosting the zoom meetings.

Just creating folder doesn't helped in my case.

Here how I proceed and my JW App working again.

open Explorer (Windows Key + E) --> Options --> Tab View --> Select show libraries

then go Libraries in explorer, right click on Videos --> Properties.

Make sure, that you have set right Library Location. (In my case location was on network)

Do the same for music library.

Enjoy the JW App again.
