when I try to start download, of Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7325 windows update reply with unscific errors.

    This fixed the problem so uninstall driver 26.20.100.7325  reboot reran update installed 26.20.100.7262 rebooted reran update everything thx ya

    I wonder if you can totally uninstall the Intel display adapter driver (removing files) which should revert it to using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver. If you then keep it offline, you could install the latest driver downloaded from Intel.

    Another approach might be to use Device Manager to force it to use the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter driver. Then you might be able to upgrade to the driver offered via Windows Update.
