Problem seems to have resolved since I updated my computers bios. Whether this is the answer or whether its been fixed by a subsequent update I'm not sure.

2020-07-07T18:16:14+00:00 I have one asus K401UQK. If it's about the particular upgrade of Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7325 when it appears "A current driver..." just download the wushowhide.diagcab from microsoft, a lot easier to do as seen on the previous page.
