please I want to know how to switch back to s mode or know if with this mode my pc is exposed, venerable.

CAN YOU PLS PUT ME BACK IN S PLS

Hi there,

While you cannot return to S mode once you've switched out, many of S mode's protections can be enabled through the Windows Security app and settings. Please try enabling those protections whether your PC is currently in S mode or not.

    Hi JocelynTbanez,

    Good question. No, resetting your PC will not enable S mode. A recommendation that I shared for another user doesn't re-enable S mode, but it does add some similar protections and enable some settings that are on in S mode by default.

    Go toWindows Security > App & browser control*, and enable the available settings there, including Reputation-based protection which protects your PC from unrecognized apps online. You can also check to ensure you have security features like Memory integrity enabled:*Windows Security >  Device security > Core isolation > Core isolation details > Memory integrity (On).

    Bro what the HELL I switched out of s mode, to download a browser game and now the whole computer is slower then dog poop and there's 0 WARNING and now my PC is completely open to any malware
