Jeez luis just make a working product. You people went to school and are certified for this. I mean why notify us of updates if there are ALWAYS updates being downloaded and applied, gigs worth? We can see our internet download traffic going up and notice the rest of our connectivity is buggered. And all for one update after another that instead of fixing the issue makes it worse and creates more. Again as before two things 1.) Open a contact form that you will contact patrons and let them know the day you actually fixed it all and 2.) Stop trying to make one OS multiplatform, that is the cause of most of your issues. The hardware between touch screen devices and non is too different to have software that caters to both. It's that easy mates. You guys are the industry leader and have been for decades, your products shouldn't be this buggy.

2020-04-06T22:10:52+00:00 Not quite blind. I and others have been trying for several days to get posters to check into any Third Party Programs they may be using that might be causing conflicts with updates, I'm glad to see someone finally started doing it. Yes Antivirus Software (I specifically mentioned Norton yesterday because the person I was talking with in this thread was using it) is a Third Party Software IF you're paying Norton or McAfee to provide you with the same coverage Windows Security already does https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4013263 which, together with a decent pop up blocker---I use the free Adblocker Ultimate from the Microsoft Store---keeps the bad stuff away very neatly at no additional cost to me.
Which is important when you're almost 70 and on a fixed income.

PLEASE ask your Third Party Providers before raging over here!

Wouldn't quite say Windows provides the same service as 3rd party anti virus and security services. From past experience I got hacked and a trojan downloaded whilst using MS services only shortly after not renewing a norton subscription. MS could not do anything about this, however reinstalling norton resolved the issue immediately. Further to this my norton 360 at £28 per year also provides free vpn and protection for up to 10 devices including my Samsung tablet, wifes tablet and 2 mobile phones. As I previously reported my desktop is configured with the same software as my laptop, and it is only the latter the issue is with when it comes to the March Cumulative update. Personally I trust Norton more than MS who fail at times like this to support their customers. My opinion based on past history.
