Sorry to say I have had no problems with any of them.  I did however look up the error you mentioned and found this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2734782/net-framework-3-5-installation-error-0x800f0906-0x800f081f-0x800f0907

    Hi Cassandra.

You are so fortunate because you stand alone here in having had no trouble at all.

    Hi Ruth,

I am in the same situation and am starting to think Windows is a virus itself. I had updates paused for 4 weeks. when this was due to expire I simply switched updates on again then off before it could install anything. this allowed me to pause for another 4 weeks. I do not want any updates until Microsoft admit there is a huge problem which they have absolutely no idea how to solve. It is deplorable that they are treating so many users of their product with such contempt.

It seems then, doesn't it, that the problem is not in the updates alone but in the way they are in conflict with your devices.

So the first thing to figure out is what does everybody have on their device and what device do they have?

Now my Operating System is Windows 10. Version 1909 Build 18363. 652

(at least that's what I get when I type Winver in my search engine and hit enter:

I use Windows Security for all my Security Needs which includes but is not limited to:

    It also features all this:

My device is an HP Desktop

    What are you folks using?
