This, I am sorry to say is old news and does not work per everyone who has commented here the last month and still this Feature Update is causing trouble.  I did not download or Install it, nor the next Cumulative Update that appeared the day after getting the Feature Update, which was just sitting there, telling me when I was ready to "Click" here.  Well, first I came to this Community, read what all are going through, then went back and Paused my Updates until April 29th, and unless I hear that these issues are resolved I will keep advancing that Pause.  So I sure hope Microsoft gives a words up when the issue is resolved, because until I see Microsoft post that news, I will need hundreds of posts that it finally Downloaded and Installed correctly, or my Updates will stayed Paused.  Good Luck Everyone.

We know that, but with hundreds of people complaining, you would think, somewhere along the line of comments someone would say their's Downloaded and Installed okay, telling us that Microsoft has resolved the issue.  And you cannot tell me that Microsoft does not know what is going on with this Update.  I imagine their phones are ringing off the hook.  I am waiting until MANY people say it is working now.   Trying to reach Microsoft with this problem, right now, means sit on hold the whole day.

I have also tried the Update and each time the 3 Hours waiting for it to complete  only for My M/c spend the next 20 minuets undoing the upgrade

This is the 3 rd time this has happened  Again Microsoft must know  what's going wrong and I would expect a fix to be available after all this time

Thanks, Dinesh, but it turned out to be a simple firewall issue, in the end! But thanks for your reply!
