After installing the new update. My Hard Drive that contained windows started to ramp up to 100%. I had followed a ton of guides provided from answered Microsoft questions and YouTube as well.

I had done a factory reset on the drive that contained Windows 10, and even after that, my HDD was ramping up to 100% utilization.

I thought it was a bad drive, so I downloaded Windows 10 onto a new drive with the new update. EVEN THEN MY DRIVE WAS 100% UTILIZED.

I put back my old drive, re-formatted the drive, and looked at it. Windows 10 says that the drive is healthy, and is running 0%.

THE NEW UPDATE IS BROKEN. I cant possibly have two bad drives that I just bought a couple months ago, just to work fine when it's not running with windows 10 on them.

    Good day,

I have an issue about this update, 1903-OS Build 18362.720 and 1909-OS Build 18363.720. After i updated, some of the buttons on my keyboard stopped working, specifically letter h, enter and number 0 buttons. When i tried reverting back, the issue is getting fixed. The problem is windows update keeps on downloading and installing that faulty update everytime i use my pc. Is there a way around this issue?

    Update:

I just fixed the issue. It wasn't the windows update, it was just an overtightened screw of the keyboard underneath my laptop. It should've pinched the keyboard too much, causing it to malfunction. It was just a coincidence that I performed thermal repasting after I updated windows, sorry for jumping into conclusions.
