Right Click Windows Logo in bottom left of screen.

Find in the list "Settings" and click on it.  A window full of settings will appear.

    Click on "Update and Security"

It will come up in Windows Update

Look down below the words Windows Update and locate "Adanced Options"

Click on Advanced Options and look down to find "Pause Updates"

Set a date that you are comfortable with and then close the whole window with the "X" at the top right of the screen.

If this issue is not fixed by the time you machine is about to end it's Pause, push the date out further.

    Hope this helps...

Multiple computers in my org after receiving KB4551762 update are crawling and unusable it is so slow (1903 and 1909 Enterprise).  These are computers running 6th gen or newer Intel i7s with pcie solid states and 8 to 16gb of ram, should not be having this problem.  Have had to remove the update and block it.  Computers work perfectly fine after update removed. This update should be pulled immediately.
