Changelog for Cumulative updates released on March 10th, 2020 are as under:

  1. Windows 10 1903 and 1909~~: KB4540673~~ (OS Builds 18362.719)
  2. Windows 10 version 1809: KB4538461(OS Build 17763.1098)*

For Windows 10 1903/1909, It is recommended to install servicing stack update KB4541338 before installing the cumulative updates.

    I took the advice of some earlier.  I have postponed updates (you can set it out pretty far, mine won't update until 4/25/20) and if there are still issues I'll just bump that out.

    Not seeing any fix in sight...

    and even some people not push the download the force update do that.

    You can postpone the updates and just keep pushing the date further back. Then when a rerelease is issued and it is proven to work switch updates back on.
