I learned a long time ago the first thing you do with a new pc running windows is to make a recovery bootable thumb drive and take another usb drive and get the clean copy of windows from microsoft's website create media tool, just in case it's f'd in the original version.  I've got four thumb drives for an all in one and one tower.

I just update my windows. after the restart I sign in with no problem at all, but when I tried to open windows using windows button, it's not responding, I can't open explorer, cant click RMB and refresh (explorer.exe not responding and restarting itself every time I click RMB), even the taskbar is not working.
