For Windows 10 1903/1909, It is recommended to install servicing stack update KB4541338 before installing the cumulative updates.

2020-03-13T12:23:18+00:00 The new update 12.3 just fckin destroyed my laptop like it doesnt want to connect to wifi nor lan even though the internet connection works on other devices and not even one browser doesnt work and most of the apps start crashing and EVEN settings freeze, i tried to uninstall the update but after the pc restarts the update is still on my pc and when i try to click on the "get on the last update" it says it has to be in 10 days after installation so i guess the system is so dumb it didint even recognize the update...

2020-03-13T09:05:23+00:00 I am facing some problems with the new update of the window. some time taskbar is the stick and not give a proper response and alt+f4 short key is also not working properly on my laptop, it is working fine after restart my laptop. please fix this issue.
