I was using my desktop this afternoon which hadn't been updated since January. I ran windows update and all updates installed no issue. It was using version 1903. After that I checked for updates and it installed version 1909 then further installed kb4541335 Cumulative update. Desktop is running good.

I tried installing kb4541335 onto my laptop again via windows update and it has re failed. It's now struggling along trying to instal kb4551762 which was the original Cumulative update for 1909.

My os built is currently windows 1909 18363.657 on laptop. Will updat if this is successful this time round.

It seems then, doesn't it, that the problem is not in the updates alone but in the way they are in conflict with your devices.

So the first thing to figure out is what does everybody have on their device and what device do they have?

Now my Operating System is Windows 10. Version 1909 Build 18363. 652

(at least that's what I get when I type Winver in my search engine and hit enter:

I use Windows Security for all my Security Needs which includes but is not limited to:

    It also features all this:

My device is an HP Desktop

    What are you folks using?
