Changelog for Cumulative updates released on March 10th, 2020 are as under:

  1. Windows 10 1903 and 1909~~: KB4540673~~ (OS Builds 18362.719)
  2. Windows 10 version 1809: KB4538461(OS Build 17763.1098)*

For Windows 10 1903/1909, It is recommended to install servicing stack update KB4541338 before installing the cumulative updates.

    I have a Surface Pro 3 and KB4551762 worked great for a week. I installed it on 3/13, I believe, and had no issues until today 3/22 when my computer woke from sleep it could not find the network adapter. I tried the troubleshooter and I even tried navigating to the folder where the adapter should show up and it was completely gone. I restarted a few times to see if that would help (sometimes it does this randomly and restarting fixes it), but nope. 

    I finally just uninstalled the KB4551762 update and when my Surface Pro restarted, everything was working again.

    Shorty after I downloaded this update, it started to say that "Your File History drive was disconnected for too long. Reconnect it and then tap or click to keep saving copies of your files". I have not had a external drive plugged in for a long time. Can someone help me?

    I have been trying to get mine working since 8 this morning. Tried everything. I don't have a disc or anything because my laptop came with windows so I'm at a loss. At first i didn't want to do anything to delete my files but at this point, i would love a clean sweep if it means i can actually use my laptop again without paying someone to fix it. So, i feel ya. I have never had issues this bad where i can't even log into windows. What happens when they do a patch if it is in this state? Will the automatic repair actually work?

    Yes I did multiple times...

    At the moment it works fine again (no redirect anymore)

    To me it looks like sometimes they turn it on and sometimes turn it off. Meaning sometimes clicking on the picture works and sometimes it doesn't (and therefore are forced to click on the image search)

    Needed help here. Anybody has issue with USB wireless keyboard and mouse after this update. My PC basically stuck at login screen because I can't put in ctrl+alt+del and password.....

    That's a bug that has been about for years, just goes to show how **** updates are.

    Just unplug them before you reboot then plug them back in at login screen, you can also wait till where it gets stuck booting for me it's the black screen with spinning dots and unplug them then and it will continue to boot after about 30 seconds or so.

    I also found a fix a while back but it didn't last, it seems that once the "FORCED" update happened it wiped the fix, funny that hey Microsoft.......
