Windows 10. The truly unfixable O/S! Time to consider abandoning Microsoft products all together.

It's ironic, I actually did hold back (and rolled back) on updates thinking the sound issue would be resolved, but I was incorrect. Thanks for your reply and your advice Bob.

I rebooted my computer and Microsoft installed the update and then my laptop crashed. After it did an automatic repair I now receive the blue screen and then it goes to a black screen. It just keeps going in a loop. I got signed in once and before I could even get in to uninstall the update my system froze, I had to reboot and now I'm back in this loop. Not impressed at all Microsoft and it is very questionable whether I or my family will ever buy another one. It also makes it pretty hard to work from home or find the extra funds during loss of income due to Covid-19 to take this to a tech to see if it can even be repaired. It seems to be each year getting worse with Microsoft O/S.

Maybe I slipped through the cracks of issues with the install. I was hoping this would help, since our machines will eventually auto update after the pause period is up.
