"AMD" stands for  manufactured by "Advanced Micro Devices".

Intel, however, produces a dandy tool for making sure you have all the latest driver updates:

Its only small but I got my nephew a new Playstation rather than the XBox he fancied for his birthday. hes a happy lad and loves his new Sony. I use an alternative to MS Office, Ashampoo Office and I use Firefox. As I said its only small but it feels good. I will never buy anything Microsoft again.

Once again this update fails on a HP Laptop with a Ryzen CPU, like almost every other updates these past months ...

In all fairness, as annoyed as i am that my laptop is completely crashed right now over this update, i did read somewhere that a couple Microsoft employees tested positive for caronavirus and most everyone is working from home. Now idk, the details but if that's the case, I'm sure they are doing the best they can in this situation but I'm thinking maybe now is just not the time to put out anything new. They have a hard enough time on a usual basis getting it right.
