Disable Touch Pad on HP Laptop running Windows 10.

I can no longer disable Touchpad (Synaptics SMBus Touchpad) on HP laptop with windows 10. Typical Disabling Driver options through Device control panel are not available. Disable driver options are grayed out. Are there other ways to disable the touch pad? Key strokes shortcuts, etc.?

Latest updates installed. Tried to uninstall touchpad but it just reinstalles automatically upon restart.

    Please follow the instructions I posted to add the extra options to the touchpad tab within settings.

    Did you restart the PC after downloading & installing?

    Can you provide a screenshot of what you’re currently seeing?

    My windows 10 version is 1903 and the intowindows.com downloads did not resolve my issue. Still can not disable touchpad. Disable driver option is still grayed out.
