Disable Touch Pad on HP Laptop running Windows 10.

I can no longer disable Touchpad (Synaptics SMBus Touchpad) on HP laptop with windows 10. Typical Disabling Driver options through Device control panel are not available. Disable driver options are grayed out. Are there other ways to disable the touch pad? Key strokes shortcuts, etc.?

Latest updates installed. Tried to uninstall touchpad but it just reinstalles automatically upon restart.

    I think I miss understood the brown box thing. Were you refering to this

    If I double click on that I get "no items match your search" and if I click on Extract I get a copy file window

    When I double click on the file name, it expands but the EXTRACT only minimizes the window.

    When I click on the icon I get this 

    The extract is not active. Clicking on it will only change the view size.

    Once I click on that extract, I get these files which I placed into a separate file (Touchpad). There is no "folder with the individual files contained in the compressed brown box". Sorry: No idea what to do next.
