windows 8.1 upgrade to windows 10 pirated

Hello,

My laptop came with windows 8.1; I had to upgrade it to windows 10  for adobe creative cloud since creative cloud soft wares dont work on windows 8.1(THIS IS NOT FAIR). The tech person upgraded my genuine windows to Windows 10  cracked version. I didn't know but I can see from the appearance of it. It does not sound genuine. My question is, I once upgraded my genuine windows to windows10  for free then the tech guy down graded it to windows 8.1 again.  So is there any record of my older windows 10 key I can re install on my system? Plus they put ssd and hdd both on my system when i asked for increasing my ram since i have 4g ram i wanted to add 4g more or adobe cc softwares to work fine. SO do  u think my windows 8.1 key will still be embedded and I can reinstall it?

So, if Windows 8.1 Home was installed then you must install the Home edition of Windows 10, if Windows 8.1 was the Pro or Enterprise edition you must install the Pro edition of Windows 10

If that says Windows 8 Pro, then you already have the correct edition installed. If you do suspect that is not a genuine copy, then you should backup your data and clean install Windows 10 Pro . . .

The edition that was installed during the free upgrade period would have matched your WIndows 8.1 edition

I cannot be 100% sure your WIndows is legitimate, because there are many, many ways t crack WIndows

Yes, if you have Windows 10 installed, you are entitled to all new versions free of charge . . .

    Yes,  full time day job take it's own time.

    That's should be remove all 3rd party programs and leaving only OS and Windows in-build

    apps to your computer.

    Have you open  Windows Security / Virus & Threat protection and run full scan?

    It's difficult to say what that activation crack tool do when installed, but it's never good

    idea to use any crack tools for any apps on your main PC that you use everyday. 

    Check few things:

    Open Settings / Update & Security / Activation:

    Is your Windows 10 Pro activated?

    Open Command Prompt (CMD) and type command: slmgr /xpr

    Does it open dialog with text "The machine is permanently activated."?

    If scan don't find KMSPICO and it's permanently activated you system is OK.

    (On my opinion: When you get to know Win 10 you don't want go back to Win 8.1.)
