Well, after a reset or a clean install, it can take a day/so (if not a week/so) for Windows to fully update all its drivers & apps & to fetch the computer manufacturer's drivers, if available. Some of that can be seen happening in "View Reliability History" (ask Cortana). I hope the problems come fully to an end when all the drivers are current.
(1) Do a little more research as to whether the computer really is a TP410UAR. Maybe there is something on the FAQS page at that site I missed. Maybe there is a hardware detection app somewhere on there. I'm sure there must be an ASUS community available too.
(2) When all is really running well enough, make a Windows system image backup to freeze it in place. Of course, that won't capture BIOS or other firmware updates, though. And it doesn't help against hardware failures.
