Hey, everyone:
I was trying to link my S9 to my Windows 10 PC via the "Your Phone" app, but the process didn't work. I followed the various troubleshooting tips provided by the support but nothing helped. I connected my phone and computer to the same Wi-Fi and it refused to connect, but once I tried the same process with my Windows 10 Laptop, my Galaxy S9 connected to the laptop.
Is there any way I could get my PC and S9 to connect to one another? The process worked instantly on my laptop and the picture I attached to this thread didn't pop up on my laptop, once.

2020-05-25T13:10:42+00:00 I have the same problem. Your phone will not connect despite trying every fix in this thread. Unfortunately Samsung Flow is not an option on my OnePlus.
I recon it is either the last Slow Ring update or an update to the Android 10 that is causing the problem.

Click START button, then Settings.
Select SHARED EXPERIENCES
Enable NEARBY SHARING (My Devices Only)
Enable SHARE ACROSS DEVICES (My Devices Only)
