HAD WINDOWS 10 FOR 3 YEARS SAME PC. NO PROBLEMS THEN LAST 6 WEEKS BOTTOM LEFT HAD SCREEN I HAVE MESSAGE ACTIVATE WINDOWS GO TO SETTINGS TO ACTIVATE WINDOWS. I FINALLY WORKED OUT HOW TO DO THIS BUT GOT ERROR 0X80070002 TRY LATER.

I ALSO HAVE NO SOUND. AND SOME SITES HAVE TROUBLE WITH. LIKE WOOLWORTHS, I PUT THINGS IN SHOPPING CART LIKE 1 WATERMELON THEN 1 TEABAGS THEN THE 1 WATERMELON DISAPPEARS FROM CART. THEN WHEN TRY ON LOGIN IT ASKS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR PASSWORD AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THESE 2 PROBLEMS ALSO STARTED 6 WEEKS AGO.

I USE SEARCH ENGINE FIREFOX AND HAVE DONE FOR LONG TIME.

    1. When try to put updates on there is message no updates available. So answer no.

    Here is a copy and paste of details of what Dr PC did to my PC on December 20th 2019.

    A/S found usb not copying to correctly, tested with my usb ok, formatted 2 usb and now copying ok tested music, groove plays better than media player

    Yet I can get NO music/sound from Youtube, Cd's, Media Player or Groove and now have activation problems. He mentioned on USB it was at the lower data rate when my USB thingy was the largest one. Hence why it would not copy to it. He changed some thing so that it would copy on the large USB drive thingy you stick into the drive slot. Hoping this helps?

    Have you tried doing a clean install with the Media Creation Tool?

    I only used capitals on my first post as it was easier for me to see. You said capitals were yelling and you asked me not to use capitals and even though it hurts my eyes and makes it hard to see I have not used capitals since then! You can go through this thread to see.

    Have you tried doing a clean install with the Media Creation Tool?

    Where does one find this? I am thinking instead of using a free antivirus to actually buy one. Which one does any one recommend? I was thinking of Norton's?
