HAD WINDOWS 10 FOR 3 YEARS SAME PC. NO PROBLEMS THEN LAST 6 WEEKS BOTTOM LEFT HAD SCREEN I HAVE MESSAGE ACTIVATE WINDOWS GO TO SETTINGS TO ACTIVATE WINDOWS. I FINALLY WORKED OUT HOW TO DO THIS BUT GOT ERROR 0X80070002 TRY LATER.

I ALSO HAVE NO SOUND. AND SOME SITES HAVE TROUBLE WITH. LIKE WOOLWORTHS, I PUT THINGS IN SHOPPING CART LIKE 1 WATERMELON THEN 1 TEABAGS THEN THE 1 WATERMELON DISAPPEARS FROM CART. THEN WHEN TRY ON LOGIN IT ASKS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR PASSWORD AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THESE 2 PROBLEMS ALSO STARTED 6 WEEKS AGO.

I USE SEARCH ENGINE FIREFOX AND HAVE DONE FOR LONG TIME.

    The link took me to Microsoft but it was not in English so had trouble understanding it. So I didn't download anything. Like I said I have deleted my key. Thanks for the heads up!

    First would like to thank every one for their replies, help and advice! I think I have now updated Windows 10 and drivers that needed doing.

    For now the message Activate Windows is not on the screen. The only thing I haven't got is sound. I go to control panel says device working properly. Go to settings says correct driver for device no updated version. So have bought more speakers and will see if they fix the problem.

    You have no idea how much this means to me! I have depression and anxiety and rarely leave the house! My computer is my friend, family and link to the outside world! So thank-you all especially MarcTec13 who never gave up!
