HAD WINDOWS 10 FOR 3 YEARS SAME PC. NO PROBLEMS THEN LAST 6 WEEKS BOTTOM LEFT HAD SCREEN I HAVE MESSAGE ACTIVATE WINDOWS GO TO SETTINGS TO ACTIVATE WINDOWS. I FINALLY WORKED OUT HOW TO DO THIS BUT GOT ERROR 0X80070002 TRY LATER.

I ALSO HAVE NO SOUND. AND SOME SITES HAVE TROUBLE WITH. LIKE WOOLWORTHS, I PUT THINGS IN SHOPPING CART LIKE 1 WATERMELON THEN 1 TEABAGS THEN THE 1 WATERMELON DISAPPEARS FROM CART. THEN WHEN TRY ON LOGIN IT ASKS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN FOR PASSWORD AND EMAIL ADDRESS. THESE 2 PROBLEMS ALSO STARTED 6 WEEKS AGO.

I USE SEARCH ENGINE FIREFOX AND HAVE DONE FOR LONG TIME.

    I bought new speakers for PC and had sound and I thought Hurray! But same thing is happening again.

    Speakers plugged in, listening to something. Get fuzzy sound like interference. Then get a message I have unplugged a jack when jack is still plugged in. And back to silence once more! I just don't know ho0w to fix it.

    It is like PC is not registering the speakers or Windows activated. This is why I thought anti-virus or drivers would help.

    By the way, if I get an email that don't know who's it from I delete it! I will touch nothing if I don't know where it has come from!

    Which link do I use? First one is for the USA, second for the UK. I am in Australia, so which link is safe for me?

    I am using Windows Defender but not sure on Malwarebytes. Thank-you for your reply!

    You do not need a 3rd party antivirus.  Use Windows Defender and Malwarebytes.

    The best security sits between the chair and the keyboard.  Watch what and where you click.  If you do not know what is there do not click on "Click here".  If you get an email that sates it is from your provider look at the address of the sender.  If it has a couple of letters at the end they are probably the foreign country and that is not where your provider is located.  When downloading programs do it from the maker not anyone else and do not allow any extra items to be included.
