    Once again Windows 10 and their team prove how poorly they handle updates.

    After this update my Sound Blaster USB Audio cards stopped working,  They would not even show up in the Device Manager yet they were properly connected and worked prior to the update. 

    So I went to do a System Restore and guess what?  All the restore points I had set up in the last two months, because of the continuous and repeated problems with Windows 10, were gone.  The Update had also delete all my restore points.  Wow, what great professional work Windows 10 Team.

    It took me a while but to finally get my Sound Blaster USB cards to show back up and start working.  I had to shut the PC all the way down.  Remove the power for a long while and them restart the PC.  This was after much time spent trying to figure out why my devices were not working. As of now one of my two Sound Blaster Cards has started working.  I will have to waist more time to get the other one back working.

    It's as if the Windows 10 Team thinks we get paid for troubleshooting the problems they create.

    Here's a great idea.  Give the PC owner control over his/her PC and let us turn off all updates.  After all Windows 10 is NOT the highest priority in life or business.  Instead Windows 10 is a time consuming thorn.

    Thanks for waiting more of my/our time because of one of your updates.

    It's not just this update (KB4535996), Windows Viruses (wrongly known as Windows Updates) KB4052623 &/or KB4537572 broke all printing to a physical printer.

    This "update" (KB4535996) is supposed to "Updates an issue that prevents some applications from printing to network printers."

    It did not fix it.

    It seems like virtually all Windows Updates break some major functionality.

    This has been going on for years.

    Clearly, Microsoft does not believe in testing its Updates before releasing them.

    They have a Release Date, & ready or not, its going to be released, no matter how many computers it breaks.

    Some have reported this Update has totally broken their computer.

    Last year's (2019) Update KB4522355 completely destroyed my laptop & had to get a new one.

    Like some reported for this Update, it broke Restore/Reset/Recover/Etc.

    After installation it totally destroyed my windows with no possibility of restarting (preinstalled). Now I cannot even enter the service screen... It started with wifi card destruction. Good my computer is during the guarantee period because I gave up... Maybe something else is also destroyed...
