Powering off and pulling the power on my Dell Inspiron laptop worked as well. I did have to delete the failed USB entry and then rediscover, but this worked. Thanks for posting. Not exactly sure why a power off and more importantly pulling the power WHICH IS THE ACTUAL step that worked for me, since I tried just powering off first and that didn't help, fixes the issue though.
Bluetooth Stopped Working on Windows 10 (Qualcomm QCA9377)
I was using my bluetooth headphones yesterday and everything was working fine. When I returned to my computer, which was still on with everything unchanged, the bluetooth function no longer worked. I've tried everything I could find online but nothing has worked.
- When attempting to connect to Bluetooth, the computer says to turn bluetooth on. There is no option to turn bluetooth on.
- Under device manager, there is the Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth item. It often says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)", but disabling it as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it have both failed. I tried both downloading it from microsoft and from the manufacturer (Dell) and both have failed consistently with multiple attempts.
- Troubleshooting the bluetooth feature sometimes yields "bluetooth drivers have failed", but ALWAYS yields "Bluetooth Radio Status - Not Fixed".
- I have restarted and shut down countless times.
- I have used the task manager to manually start every bluetooth process but there have been no results.
I know there are other threads like this but not a single one has a working solution of any kind, and most of the threads die out before the issue is resolved. Has anyone ever found a solution to this issue?
Update: I have also rolled back the driver of the Qualcomm network adapter multiple times, with no effect.

2021-11-25T05:54:15+00:00 I had the same issued with my desktop, Dell XPS 8930.
The device manager reported that the QCA9377 had been disabled.
The bluetooth icon did not appear in the action center (bottom right).
I removed and reinstalled the drivers several different times and ways (including from Dell).
I didn't have any "unknown USB" devices in my device manager.
I rebooted the system several times, but ONLY after shutting the system down and disconnecting it from power for several minutes, then turning it back on and restarting the system did it fix the problem.
Cheers to the community for helping me find the solution as I never would have figured it out.

2021-11-27T15:58:25+00:00 Same issue here on an Lenovo ideapad 510-15IKB
Drivers Qualcom Atheros QCA9377 Version 10.0.0.295 from 10.01.2017.
Bluetooth icon disappears, shows disabled in control panel and no Bluetooh hardware shown anymore in DeviceManager
Workaround to bring it back I found was:
Shut down completely by holding "shift" when clicking on shutdown in start menu.Switch on again..
I did not have to plug out power or wait..
Found a message;
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter : Fehlfunktion des Netzwerkadapters wurde ermittelt.

2022-01-26T21:54:46+00:00 I really, really, REALLY love when this *thing* happens especially during a rather intense working session. For last few hours I've been digging through code, trying to overcome some Sharepoint-related limitations for our highly valued customer...suddenly mouse stops working because something inside Windows decided that *now* is a right time for a little interuption.
So...save everything, logout from everywhere, save all notes and restart the machine with hope, that once I log back in, dear bluetooth adapter will come back to life and work again.
It doesn't matter if I'm using Logitech's or Microsoft's hardware on my Lenovo T580 - this just happens every month. I have everything updated.
Dear Microsoft, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ! This is really annoying.
