I was using my bluetooth headphones yesterday and everything was working fine. When I returned to my computer, which was still on with everything unchanged, the bluetooth function no longer worked. I've tried everything I could find online but nothing has worked. When attempting to connect to Bluetooth, the computer says to turn bluetooth on. There is no option to turn bluetooth on. Under device manager, there is the Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth item. It often says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)", but disabling it as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it have both failed. I tried both downloading it from microsoft and from the manufacturer (Dell) and both have failed consistently with multiple attempts. Troubleshooting the bluetooth feature sometimes yields "bluetooth drivers have failed", but ALWAYS yields "Bluetooth Radio Status - Not Fixed". I have restarted and shut down countless times. I have used the task manager to manually start every bluetooth process but there have been no results. I know there are other threads like this but not a single one has a working solution of any kind, and most of the threads die out before the issue is resolved. Has anyone ever found a solution to this issue? Update: I have also rolled back the driver of the Qualcomm network adapter multiple times, with no effect.

I had the same exact problem and I read on another feed how this person powered down his laptop and unplugged everything for like a minute and bluetooth popped up again. I was exhausted, I removed and redownloaded drivers all day even cleaned out and recovered my computer and nothing worked. That was until I powered it down and unplugged everything, and restarted it after 1 minute. It worked!!

Just to reinforce this solution: I had the same issue with my brand new Dell desktop computer today. Bluetooth functionality suddenly disappeared, possibly associated with weird stuff I was doing trying to play sound with Linux on WSL at the time. Tried all the usual stuff like fiddling with the drivers, etc, to no avail. After reading these posts, I shut down my machine and unplugged it, waited for about 10 minutes and then powered back on. Bluetooth works again! Thank you Allan Black for this tip! Best, Bryan

My computer has the same problem but unfortunately is not a laptop and pulling the power cable didn't fix it for me. Uninstalling the unknown usb device also did nothing sadly. Tried it again and AFTER powering down and disconnecting power cable I had to then delete usb device and rediscover and now bluetooth is finally back. **** is all I can say to this.

Powering off and pulling the power on my Dell Inspiron laptop worked as well. I did have to delete the failed USB entry and then rediscover, but this worked. Thanks for posting. Not exactly sure why a power off and more importantly pulling the power WHICH IS THE ACTUAL step that worked for me, since I tried just powering off first and that didn't help, fixes the issue though.
