I was using my bluetooth headphones yesterday and everything was working fine. When I returned to my computer, which was still on with everything unchanged, the bluetooth function no longer worked. I've tried everything I could find online but nothing has worked. When attempting to connect to Bluetooth, the computer says to turn bluetooth on. There is no option to turn bluetooth on. Under device manager, there is the Qualcomm QCA9377 Bluetooth item. It often says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)", but disabling it as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it have both failed. I tried both downloading it from microsoft and from the manufacturer (Dell) and both have failed consistently with multiple attempts. Troubleshooting the bluetooth feature sometimes yields "bluetooth drivers have failed", but ALWAYS yields "Bluetooth Radio Status - Not Fixed". I have restarted and shut down countless times. I have used the task manager to manually start every bluetooth process but there have been no results. I know there are other threads like this but not a single one has a working solution of any kind, and most of the threads die out before the issue is resolved. Has anyone ever found a solution to this issue? Update: I have also rolled back the driver of the Qualcomm network adapter multiple times, with no effect.

Exactly the same issue with Wyze Headphones and @zebra75 fixed it for me. Power down. Unplug power for at least thirty seconds. Plug in and power up. Bluetooth reestablished. Thanks!

Had performed a Windows update a couple of days ago. Shortly after during a MS Teams business call, my Bluetooth headset stopped working which is a known issue on the Dell laptops. I usually have to re-establish the Bluetooth connection but this time the Bluetooth was turned off and could not turn it back on as it was greyed out. Laptop reboot didn't fix it. Couldn't delete BT device. Couldn't add new BT device. Per posts on this thread, I powered off laptop and disconnected power cable for 5 minutes. Afterwards, turned on laptop and Bluetooth is now enabled and working. Hopefully, it sticks. Can't have this reoccurring again especially during work hours.

This post is a life saver. Shockingly, this exact method worked on my Lenovo Ideapad 120s-11iap that also uses the Qualcomm QCA9377 wireless & bluetooth hardware for this laptop. Except the only difference that I did was before shutting down, I pulled power cord first so it's on battery mode. Then shut down. Leave it off for 5 minutes and then power back on without power cord. Then after confirming that Bluetooth is back and appears in the Action Center again, I plugged the power cord back in, restarted one more time to confirm it's still working and it still is. Honestly, I was very skeptical since other folks were using a Dell laptop and mine was a Lenovo that shares the same hardware but now I'm a believer and will definitely bookmark this page and come back to it should it ever happen again. Thanks Allan!!!

Powering off and pulling the power on my Dell Inspiron laptop worked as well. I did have to delete the failed USB entry and then rediscover, but this worked. Thanks for posting. Not exactly sure why a power off and more importantly pulling the power WHICH IS THE ACTUAL step that worked for me, since I tried just powering off first and that didn't help, fixes the issue though.
