How do I unistall the Microsoft Edge "Update"

How do I uninstall the Microsoft Edge "Update" on my computer?  I accidentally installed it and I don't even use Microsoft Edge.  I know I can't uninstall Microsoft Edge, but hopefully I can at least uninstall the Update.  It really, really stinks Microsoft forces people to have Edge on their computer because it just takes up storage space, slows your computer down and the browser tracks your surfing history.

    same. they won't let me uninstall it. The older one for me was better and more useful for me.

    You should be able to Uninstall the Microsoft Edge Update.

    Right-Click on it in the Start Menu, and Uninstall should be right there,

    which when one clicks on, upon which should lead one to the Installed Applications list,

    where one scrolls-down to "Microsoft Edge" and one Uninstalls it from there.

    One Simply Cannot Uninstall The Original Microsoft Edge

    as it is so tightly integrated with the Windows 10 OS itself.

    How do I uninstall the latest Microsoft Edge update from the past few days? I want my old information back. Thanks so much.  There is no uninstall button.
